It would make sense to discuss the Bucks on here rather than in 50 different email threads. Good idea, TB.
For a while I didn't make much of the Bucks' streak as they were basically beating mid-tier teams...but then they proceeded to beat Cleveland, Boston and Utah all in a row so I guess there's a fair amount to be said for that.
It's good to see Bogut finally playing like a #1 draft pick...same goes for Jennings.
The Bucks are incredible right now. Their swag levels are truly off the charts. When BJ3 got in Big Baby's face and basically spit on his dick, I knew we were going to be in for big things.
Bogut is playing like a monster. He is quietly become the second best center in the entire NBA. If he stays healthy down the stretch, they will have a very good chance of winning a playoff series this year.
This brings me to my next point: John Hammonds had a great freaking year. He nailed the Jennings pick, he was smart to bring Ilyasova back, and the John Salmons trade was arguably the best deadline move in the league, behind maybe Dallas acquiring Butler, etc. He has likely put the Bucks in the position to be a 5 seed at worst, has a great young point guard, a budding star at Center, a great option on Salmons next year, and a very high possibiity of ANOTHER lottery pick next year. Wow.
